Launch of Guide to Condensation Mould

EIP has launched a Guide to Condensation Mould, produced in conjunction with Geoff Hunt, an expert Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in this area.

Geoff has delivered several presentations to our disrepair improvement groups, set up with Riverside Housing, and participated in Q&As with members.

A key aspect of the groups’ work has been to focus on the root causes of condensation mould, one of the most pressing issues currently being faced by UK housing providers and landlords, how we deal with it as housing providers and how we engage with tenants to manage it in their homes.

The guide, which can be downloaded here, aims to support housing providers on engaging with tenants to manage condensation mould and has been made widely available throughout the sector.
