Subgroups

Echelon Improvement Partnerships (EIP) provides access to a range of industry-leading working groups and programmes focused on the topics that matter most to your organisation. 

Open to AMIP members, these include both short-term task and finish groups and long-term programmes – primarily held virtually, with occasional in-person sessions.  

Delegates hear from a variety of expert guest speakers, and work together to create guidance, templates and documents to find collective solutions to the challenges facing the sector.  

Participants receive ongoing access to all shared materials, which can include meeting recordings, benchmarking data, and worksheets.  

We have produced sector-recognised reports, such as Setting the standards for Empty Homes and From Surviving to Thriving – Regenerative Sustainability Report. These reports are based on workshop material and sessions delivered in the groups, and share insights with the wider sector to foster collaboration and promote best practice. 

These sessions offer housing providers and sector professionals the opportunity to strengthen their professional development while contributing to discussions that help shape meaningful, sector-wide change.
