Are there any hotels near the venue?

There is no onsite hotel at Emirates but there is a wide selection of hotels nearby. For more information visit the Emirates website

Is there somewhere that I can work/take a call during the conference?

Yes, there will be a Work Hub where you can take calls, catch up on emails etc.

Will I be able to park at the venue?

No, there are no parking facilities onsite at Arsenal. It is advised that you use public transport. You can find more info on getting to the venue here.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue

What is the dress code?

The dress code for both the conference and dinner is smart workwear.

What are the timings for the drinks reception and dinner?

The drinks reception runs from 5.30pm to 7pm and dinner from 7pm to 11pm.

What refreshments will be available during the conference?

What are the timings for the conference?

Guests can arrive from 9.15am The conference starts at 10am and runs until 5.30pm.
