Condensation Mould – Non Technical Workshop 10am-12pm

Overview

This will be a virtual training session for AMIP member-organisations on condensation mould. The session is designed for those who require an understanding of the causes and remedies to mould and condensation. The session will help attendees learn the difference between generic damp and condensation mould.

Who should attend?

The session would suit those who are dealing with reports from residents on damp, mould and condensation, such as call centre staff, legal teams and frontline staff.

What are the learning outcomes?

The workshop will help you to understand the principles of damp, mould and condensation, as well as the red flags indicating the presence of a serious case that requires an urgent response. You will learn the principles of triage, as well as the importance of a strategic response.
