Condensation Mould – Technical Workshop – 1pm-3pm

Overview

This will be a virtual training session for AMIP member-organisations on condensation mould. The session is designed for those who already understand the causes and remedies to condensation mould, but are looking to expand their knowledge.

Who should attend?

It would suit frontline staff, who are required to visit properties to assess damp, mould and condensation, or draft follow-up reports and instruct contractors for follow-on works.

This session is also suited to surveyors, those from an environmental health background, or housing officers with special duties in relation to damp, mould and condensation.

What are the learning outcomes?

Attendees will be supported to create a roadmap of bespoke action plans, as well as be given advice on how to help residents, whilst at a property. You will learn how to methodically assess environmental or condensation scenarios in relation to damp, mould and condensation, as well as determine follow-on works. You will also be given advice on the best type of equipment to use when surveying or assessing properties.
