Disrepair Improvement Group – 11.12.24

The virtual meeting of Disrepair Improvement Group will be taking place on Wednesday 11 December 2024.

We are delighted to announce that we will be joined by Baljit Basra, Partner at Devonshires LLP at this meeting. Baljit has extensive experience acting for RPs and LAs having done so for over 20 years. Her work includes dealing with and managing large volume housing litigation claims which include Possession, Disrepair, statutory nuisance, adhoc advice, policy and procedure work, and delivering training to clients on a wide range of housing management topics.

Baljit will be joining us to specifically discuss the increase in Personal Injury claims linked to disrepair issues in social housing. She’ll share insights on the rise in such claims and offer practical advice for attendees navigating these complex cases.
