Regenerative Sustainability Group Visit Kew Gardens

On the 24th November, members of our Regenerative Sustainability programme enjoyed a site visit to Kew Gardens.

They were given a guided tour by the very knowledgeable Janet who talked to the group about the regenerative and restorative nature of fungi and how it recycles what is around it, as well as how nature communicates with itself symbiotically.

After the tour the group headed to the Library in the Coach and Horses at Kew for lunch and a discussion around mindfulness and the grounding presence of nature, rounding off the afternoon with a mulled wine.

In the evening, they enjoyed the light displays of the Christmas at Kew event.

The seven-month programme, which is being delivered through our best practice and networking club AMIP, supports participants to apply regenerative thinking that moves sustainability beyond business as usual, enabling impactful change for themselves, their organisation and the sector.

Membership of this programme is now closed but you can find out more about AMIP and our other industry subgroups, including disrepair, by emailing amip@echelonip.co.uk
