The venue

Emirates Stadium, Hornsey Road, London, N7 7AJ
The conference and dinner will take place in the Woolwich Suite.
The exhibition and drinks reception will be held in the Royal Oak

Accessing the venue

Private entrance access via the Royal Oak Entrance located at the North Stand, between turnstiles D & E.
You must register at the Echelon Conference reception desk and collect your name badge before making your way to the Woolwich Suite.

Getting to the venue

Emirates Stadium is conveniently located near various transport links:

Arsenal and Holloway Road Tube stations (Piccadilly Line) are both within a 5-minute walk. Arsenal is the nearest to the Royal Oak entrance.
Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly Lines, Great Northern Rail) is approximately a 10-minute walk.
Highbury & Islington station (Victoria Line, North London Line, Great Northern Rail) is also approximately a 10-minute walk.
King’s Cross station serves as a major connecting hub for National Rail and multiple underground lines. From here, the Piccadilly Line offers direct access to Arsenal and Holloway Road stations.

Refreshments

A range of refreshments will be served throughout the event:

Hot breakfast baps upon arrival
Hydration station available throughout the day
Hot buffet served during lunch
Tea, coffee and biscuits available during breaks

For those guests also attending in the evening, there will be a range of beverages on offer at the drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal (menu to be announced soon).
